Arrival and Departure

Although we have a local agent we know that your arrival time can vary due to traffic or other transportation delays.


A set of keys for the chalet will be sent to you approximately 7-14 days prior to your arrival date. This way you will have keys for the chalet before you leave home and so you are able to arrive at the chalet at a time that suits you. There is no need to visit our agents office (which closes at 5pm) to collect keys.

Chalet Facilities

All the chalet facilities are easily accessible and just as easy to use. Full instruction are provided in our welcome pack. Shoud you need further explanation or help with any of the facilities then our office will be happy to help and our local agent is always available.


Your arrival at the chalet can be at any time of the day. The chalet will already be cleaned and prepared the day before, the hot water will be on, your beds will be made up, the fridges will be on etc. Everything will be ready for your arrival.


You can depart at any time of the day. There are locking up instructions provided in our welcome pack. Remember to return the keys to the UK office on your return home. The chalet will usually be cleaned the day after of your departure which is when our local agent will make her full inspection.


On the rare occation that we have guests leaving the same day that you arrive or you are departing on the same day that new guest arrive then we ask that you vacate the chalet by 10am when departing or do not arrive until 4pm when arriving. The chalet does take several hours of hard work by our cleaners to be made suitable for your arrival. This does prove to be especially difficult if new guests arrive before the current guest have departed.

This happens very rarely but we thank you for your understanding.

You will have keys for the chalet before you even leave homeso that you can arrive at any time you like. No need to hurry your journey to make an appointment with a local keyholder.

Our local agent, however, is available during office hours and  in cases of emergency. If you were to encounter any problems, for example gaining entry to the chalet then our local agent will be happy to help.

Our agent speaks fluent English, French and Dutch.


When you arrive you will find the chalet clean and tidy. When you leave we ask that you try to leave the chalet in a similar state to the way you found it.
