Fine dining is something that Chalet Le Sabot has become renowned for. We have all the facilities you will ever need but the lasting memory is usually the food. Our chef uses only locally sourced produce, the freshest available and the finest meats.
All dietary requirements can be catered for, vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, allergies etc. We need advance notice of these and ask that you inform the office prior to your arrival. If there are any specific likes and dislikes in your group then we will do or best to accomodate those if we can, this is especially important for the children.
Festivals such as Christmas and New Year are marked with Champagne and a feast worthy of royalty. Usually a 7 course extravaganza with free flowing wine, party hats and crackers.
We also like to celebrate birthdays in style. If any of your group has a birthday during your stay then let us know in advance and we can arrange a surprise birthday cake and a special dinner treat.
Chefs day off is usually Wednesday. There will be no cooked breakfast option that day. However there will be breakfast laid out for you and tea and coffe facilities will be made available. Our hosts can recommend some lovely local restaurants within walking distance of Chalet Le Sabot for your evening meal that day and can make all the arrangements on your behalf.
